Pre-Sautéed Aromatics

Fresh herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary)
How to Make It
Toast the bread: Cut loaf into cubes and toast at 325°F until golden and dry.
Heat the aromatics: Warm the pre-sautéed onion, garlic, and herbs until fragrant.
Add stock: Warm the chicken stock and mix it directly into the aromatics.
Combine: Pour the hot mixture evenly over the toasted croissant cubes and gently toss.
Bake: Transfer to a greased pan and bake at 350°F for 25–35 minutes, until the top is golden and crisp.
Serving Size
Makes one full tray, serving 8-10 people as a holiday side.
